Set up to fail<\/h4>\n

The district is setting up Thompson Valley High School to fail. With a new incoming principal, they’ve fired all four counselors and the dean of students, despite their excellent job performance. Moreover, the district hasn’t even bothered posting those jobs yet, while they have been willing to post jobs for other buildings. The district’s irresponsible behavior will harm the students in our community.<\/p>\n

Homeless people<\/h4>\n

When I woke up this morning, I wondered how Loveland’s homeless survived the storm, no thanks to our mayor and his crew. I am again sending this Mr. Rogers quote in the hopes that Loveland City Council members will take heed. And I quote, “Imagine if we all walked into the world with the belief that each person was inherently worthy. Imagine if our goal was to help each other recognize that we are worthy of being loved. Imagine if we sought to listen more than we speak.”<\/p>\n

Fire district plans<\/h4>\n

The plan I have for the next couple months. One, remove Paul Bukowski from the rural board. Get Andrea Samson and the mayor off of the LFRA board. Two, make sure Brian Waldes doesn’t become the city manager. Three, reinstate Tim Sendelbach as chief. This should have things all wrapped up real well.<\/p>\n

League of Women Voters<\/h4>\n

To the reader who called in on the RH line about the League of Women Voters, you couldn’t be more wrong. They were having a May Day event, which by the way was a mutual aid event. We were giving away food and clothing and toys. Gee, what horrible thing to do in a community. The League of Women Voters were there helping people check their registration, helping people make sure they were signed up, helping people understand their rights as voters. It is 100% a bipartisan group and has been around for 106 years,\u00a0 … Really unbelievable that someone would be so angry about giving away food and clothing and having a welcoming environment. Gee, in a town called Loveland, no less.<\/p>\n

Teacher day off<\/h4>\n

Well, we certainly don’t respect our teachers or pay them what they deserve, but thank goodness God decided they should have a day off in National Teachers Week. Yay.<\/p>\n

SPLC answer?<\/h4>\n

Hey, Reporter-Herald, if you’re going to print a question from somebody asking for the proof or the receipts that the Southern Poverty Law Center has harmed people, then by all means you should be able to print the response, because doing any less is wrong.<\/p>\n

They need Jesus<\/h4>\n

I think a lot of the RH Line callers need Jesus in their life. They just sound so angry and bitter.<\/p>\n
