Man facing suspected drunken driving, failing to remain at scene charges: Loveland public safety log

The Loveland Police Department arrested a 58-year-old Loveland man near West First Street and North Taft Avenue at 11:18 a.m. Friday on charges of suspected drunken driving, careless driving causing bodily injury, failing to remain at the scene, and possession of an open alcoholic beverage container.

The Larimer County Sheriff’s Office arrested a 57-year-old Loveland man in the 100 block of Mule Deer Drive at 7:52 p.m. Friday on a third-degree assault charge.

• Friday, 7:57 a.m. Graffiti, 900 block West 29th Street.

• Friday, 8:02 a.m. Graffiti, 5400 block North Taft Avenue.

• Friday, 8:14 a.m. Fraud, 2500 block Cedar Drive.

• Friday, 9:08 a.m. Fraud, 2700 block Breckenridge Place.

• Friday, 9:40 a.m. Fraud, 1600 block Eagle Drive.

• Friday, 10:39 a.m. Assault, 3500 block Mountain Lion Drive.

• Friday, 12:57 p.m. Fraud, 3100 block New Castle Drive.

• Saturday, 7:19 a.m. Theft, 2300 block Sopris Circle.

• Saturday, 11:35 a.m. Vehicle theft, U-Haul, 5550 Byrd Drive.

Shoplifting reports at Kohls, 1340 Sculptor Drive; Home Depot, 1100 Nickel Drive; Lowe’s, 1355 Sculptor Drive; Walmart; 250 W. 65th St.; and Target, 1725 Rocky Mountain Ave.
